Hieronyma Friend was a temporal diplomat of the Council of the Last during the Last Great Time War who attempted to profit off of the war. As a member of the Codicil, her personal timeline was re-enforced so that it wasn't changed by the war.

History[[edit] | [edit source]]

From the information compiled by the Codicil, she knew much of the Doctor's history, including the fates of Alex Campbell and Bliss.

Friend travelled on EC-141 to Gulta on an alleged mission to take a creature erased from time to peace talks that would end skirmishes near the Morning Realm. During the trip, she was known by crewmembers such as Cass Fermazzi as "the Passenger". She secretly used this journey to kidnap the sentient inhabitants of a hundred worlds and store them in a vortextual storage unit in order to turn them into Meanwhile Soldiers to be sold for profit. The Eighth Doctor, Alex Campbell, and Cass discovered her scheme and sabotaged her machinery, rescuing the kidnapped individuals. Friend was then locked up by the Vice. Forms[[edit] | [edit source]]

Hieronyma took on forms resembling companions of the Eighth Doctor. At various points, she resembled Audacity Montague, (AUDIO: Meanwhile, Elsewhere [+]Loading...["Meanwhile, Elsewhere (audio story)"]) Helen Sinclair, (AUDIO: Nowhere, Never [+]Loading...["Nowhere, Never (audio story)"]) and C'rizz. Even in C'rizz's form, she used the pronouns "she/her". (AUDIO: The Road Untravelled [+]Loading...["The Road Untravelled (audio story)"])
