Its second comic, Wedding Gatecrashers [+]Loading...["Wedding Gatecrashers (comic story)"], featured Scatterbrain among other members of Technet. Scatterbrain was first introduced in Executive Action [+]Loading...["Executive Action (comic story)"] as a member of the Special Executive, an organisation which itself debuted in Doctor Who Weekly's 4-D War [+]Loading...["4-D War (comic story)"].
