Patriarch Three

Patriarch Three was the alias used by the Patriarch of the West Lodge when he and the Patriarchs of the other Lodges were summoned to Micawber's World in 3999 by Green Fingers to discuss the conduct of the Dark Peaks Lodge, who had been banned from operating on the planet. He used the voice of a Shistavanen game-show host for his communicator. He accused the Dark Peaks Lodge of interfering with the West Lodge's operations, though the Dark Peaks Patriarch denied this accusation. After the death of the Dark Peaks Patriarch, he and the others left the chamber. (PROSE: Placebo Effect)
