Removing that clause?[[edit source]]
Should we remove the clause that only the most specific articles should be added here? It does strike me, as the person who set that up in the first place, that this is tremendously difficult to actually regulate.
Also, it's non-obvious from the category name. Per T:CAT NAMES, I think we should backtrack on this. But it's been around for long enough that it seems right to open this public discussion.
