Ceres

Ceres was home to a the substance Cerulium and the two-class society of the Master and the Scribe. The Masters controlled the Scribes by use of Cerulium Bracelets. After a while a symbiotic relationship occurred between the Master and the Scribe. The Master was enchanted by the Scribes who had no thought but to compliment and assist the Master. Their relationship distracted them from the threat of an asteroid which destroyed their civilization. Chunks of Cerulium remained on Meteorites, one of these came to Earth in 2050 and was used by Inspector Drake to take control of people however K-9 destroyed all the bracelets and foiled the plan.
