The Human-Draconian War was a brief, but devastating war between the expanding Draconian Empire and the Earth Empire. Twenty years after the peace treaty, the Master tried to sabotage the treaty and start a new war. (DW: Frontier in Space)
It was sparked by a series of grievous mistakes, including cultural misunderstandings. The Draconians approached the designated conference site unarmed, but with their weapons ports open. This was misconstrued as an aggressive act, and that they were about to open fire by the human delegation, who used the engines to ignite the fuel lines of the Draconian ship, destroying it.
