Ramsden
Ramsden was a doctor working at the Royal Leadworth Hospital in 2008, and was the Doctor in charge of the Coma Ward. One of the nurses, Rory Williams told Ramsden that the coma patients were talking but Ramsden did not believe this since the patients were in a coma. She characterizes this by being pointlessly angry towards Rory. At that point, the coma patients started talking, repeating the word "Doctor". Afterwards, Ramsden said to Rory that Doctor Carver had told her that Rory had told him that he had been seeing the coma patients walking in the village. It was later discovered that it was Prisoner Zero using their image.
Rory offered his phone to Ramsden with picture proof of the patients walking in the village, however Ramsden's pager went off. Late for her next appointment, Ramsden told Rory to take some time off. Later on during the evacuation of Leadworth Hospital, Ramsden was attending to Barney Collins. At that point, Prisoner Zero came through a vent and may have killed Ramsden along with all the nurses on that floor. (DW: The Eleventh Hour)
As Prisoner Zero escaped through the Time Field which was later negated by the Doctor, it likely never escaped meaning Ramsden is alive and well.
