Is it? Because The Midnight Entity was an External Unknown Force Capable of Penetrating Things Without damage! It Had No Voice Before Possessing Sky So When Around it You Would Hear Nothing But Silence. It Had a Grudge against the Doctor and Would Probably Want to Gain Revenge... You know, it's very, very possible. The only thoery that makes any sense, with the exception that it's (most likely) something new. But if it were anything seen before, it would only make sense to be the mysterious being who had no voice and no corperal form. They're very similar entities, from what we know.
But I'm going to say it's probably something new. Bt this is a great side-thoery or alternate thoery that doesn't really have any fanwank cravings (a disease of unoriginality in Doctor Who thoorsing -- in my opinion), and no contradictions or errors. I would hope it's true, simply because the Midight entity was a great idea, and I always wondered if, as if was already non-corperal, it was still out there.
