Chief Caretaker

The Chief Caretaker was the leader of police [known as caretakers] of the Paradise Towers on Earth. He thought he had a pet in the cellar yet it turned out to be Kroagnon's bodiless brain, he fed it Caretakers not knowing they were not what the "pet" needed. At some point his body was taken over by Kroagnon and forced to exterminate all residents of Paradise Towers. The Chief Caretaker was killed by the Doctor and Pex. (DW: Paradise Towers)
