Howling:Is the Monk in the alliance?

I read on the did you know section that the Monk claims to have helped make stonhenge. in TPO it is suggested that it was built so the makers would know where the Pandorica is. Could the Monk be in the alliance (and alive for that matter)? Lu-igi board
