The Ke Le Divisions were originally political prisoners of China before becoming brainwashed into zombie-like soldiers with the use of alien parasites. These were developed by the Chinese givernment with the help of an alternative version of The Master, who was exiled to Earth. The division was named after "Ke Le", an alias of this version of the Master. (DWU: Sympathy for the Devil)
