Hi Ok I have been thinking and come up with the following theory: The original Skaro Daleks used static electricity to move & they had no slats around the gunstick & manipulator arm. The Paradigm Daleks had original Dalek DNA therefore were related to the Original Skaro Daleks. They also have no slats around the manipularor arm. So it is safe to assume that the New Daleks rely on Static electricity to move.

How do I explain the daleks moving around in "The Pandorica Opens"? Well they had stored power. They had only to stand around and watch the Doctor be put in the Pandorica so they did not need the extra power. There I hope I have explained everything. --116.250.51.26 09:27, September 24, 2010 (UTC)
