Vivien Rook She was an agent for the Torchwood Institute. She turned up at 10 downing street claiming to be a reporter for the Daily Star and she requested an interview with Lucy Saxon. She told Lucy the truth about Mr Saxon's true life style she said he was only in existence since Harriet Jones stood down as Prime Minster 18 months ago in 2006. Lucy Saxon knew about Mr Saxon's true itentied and Mr Saxon came in and ordered the Toclafane to kill her. (DW: The Sound of Drums)
