Bish's was a bar run by Frobisher under the alias of Bish. The Doctor visited and discussed his "job" with Bish. The bar was threatened when the android Zalda threatened to detonate herself to kill her lover Renaldo, the Doctor managed to talk her down. (DWM: Where Nobody Knows Your Name)
