Silver Cloak

The Silver Cloak was a group of old pensioners that was set up for the purpose of finding the Doctor. The group was created by Wilfred Mott, who believed the Doctor could help his granddaughter Donna Noble remember him. The group eventually found the Doctor within two hours of beginning their search, took a picture with him and then left for Wilf to speak twith the Doctor. (DW: The End of Time)
