Christine Taylor was the wife of Ben Taylor and even though he was a very tough and grizzled man he cared deeply about her. This was demonstrated when Gwen Cooper called her husband to say that Christine was in a car accident to get him out of the way so Owen Harper could get to the mansions power generator.
