Jokk was a member of a species similar in appearance to an Earth ape. He was a regular at the bar: Bish's. He behaved aggressively towards the Doctor but was calmed by Bish. He was troubled with money problems and his wife was threatening to leave. Bish leant him some money to catch the shuttle. (DWM: Where Nobody Knows Your Name)
