Memory weave

The Memory Weave was a device capable of extracting memories and turning them into physical objects. The Claw Shansheeth of the 15th Funeral Fleet tried to use a Memory Weave to create a TARDIS key through the memories of Sarah Jane Smith and Josephine Jones. The machine was overloaded when they remembered all their adventures with the Doctor, it self-destructed killing Tia Karim and the Shansheeth. Sarah Jane and Jo survived by hiding in a lead lined coffin. (SJA: Death of the Doctor)
The sound effect used during the activation of the Memory Weave is the same sound effect used in the Ghostbusters movies, cartoons, and video games for powering up a Proton Pack.
