A Fast Return Switch was a component of a TARDIS that, when operated, returned the vessel either back through time, or to a previous location in space and time.

After leaving Skaro, the Doctor used his TARDIS's Fast Return Switch in an attempt to return Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright to 1963. However, the spring in the switch became stuck, which would have caused the ship to go back in time all the way to the beginning of the Universe. As this would have resulted in its destruction, the TARDIS crashed itself and attempted to warn its crew of the danger, eventually succeeding. (DW: The Edge of Destruction)

Later, Susan used the Fast Return Switch to return to 1692 Salem Village and prevent the witch trials from occurring. Afterwards, the Doctor disconnected the switch. (PDA: The Witch Hunters) Presumably it was reconnected at some point, because as seen below, it was definitely used by at least two future Doctors.

The Doctor used the Fast Return Switch to return a young boy to 1965. (ST: The Little Drummer Boy)

The Doctor used the Fast Return Switch in a mission to make peace between two feuding kings. (ST: Twin Piques)

Charley Pollard used the Fast Return Switch to defeat Sebastian Grayle. (BFA: Seasons of Fear)

Later, Charley used the Fast Return Switch to fly the TARDIS back into the path of time torpedoes. (BFA: Neverland)

Possibly used by the Eleventh Doctor when he returned to the Musée D'Orsay from early July 1890 as he was returning to the previous place the TARDIS had been, and used only one lever before dematerialising (not counting one which caused the TARDIS console to play music and one which has been shown to be the dematerialisation lever).
