Cuthbert Simpson was the butler and general servant to George Wallace in Banquo Manor.
Biography
When Richard Harries arrived to perform his experiments at the manor, all the staff bar Simpson and the maid, Beryl Green, were dismissed. Simpson's own quarters were located under the stairs and he resented visitors from coming in. John Hopkinson considered his voice to have a constant condescending tone. (EDA: The Banquo Legacy)
