The Ambassadors of the City State of Binding Light are visitors to the destruction of Earth in the year 5,000,000,000 on Platform One. They are humanoid creatures with pointed ears, multiple eyes, four-fingered hands with claws and wear long flowing robes. Due to the oxygen sensitivity race of their species, the oxygen levels on Platform One are monitored at all times while in the presences of the Ambassadors.
