Plutonian microbes were ravenous omnivores that devoured anything in their path, the most feared bacteria in all the cosmos (K9TV: Black Hunger)

Biology

Plutonian microbes were voracious omnivores that devoured anything in their path but besides that nothing much if at all is known about them. They were closely related to viruses as they had a hibernation mechanism that activated when their food supply was drastically depleted (K9TV: Black Hunger)

History

By 2050, considerable bodies of debris that had been dislodged from Pluto and harbored these such microbes arrived on Earth where they were salvaged by The Department. The microbes were successfully contained but the specimens were stolen by Drake who spliced them with yeast to create a monster, The Hunger. Luckily K-9 burned his fuel cells to generate an electromagnetic field that reversed The Hunger's polarity and sucked them into his body. Although he has yet to dispose of them properly, they have been rendered defenseless. (K9TV: Black Hunger) They were most likely destroyed alongside the crystalline Plutonians when a tidal wave of ionizing radiation consumed the planet in .A.D. 2157 (NA: GodEngine)
