Sally Phelan was a young (presumably) bride-to-be. She was upgraded to a Cyberman, and tried to attack the Doctor and Mrs Moore. Mrs Moore deactivated an Electromagnetic pulse bomb, and the Cyberman fell down. The Doctor pulled away the Cyberman's emotional inhibitor, before Sally died.
