Lucia Moretti

Born July 18, 1945, Lucia Moretti was an Italian Torchwood agent between 1968 and 1977, and a lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had one daughter, Melissa Moretti. After her retirement, she put Melissa in a protection programme (application approved on 14 February 1977), upon which Melissa became known as Alice Sangster; Alice subsequently married Joe Carter and gave birth to Lucia's grandson, Steven. Lucia died of heart disease on November 23, 2006. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Three)
