Attack of the Cybermen
We need some proof to back up this Attack of the Cybermen claim. IMDb doesn't list the fact at either his page or the AOTC page, so casual readers of our site will be left scratching their heads. Also, IMDb's resumé for hm has a huge gap from the year 11987 until he suddenly pops up again on Jack of Hearts in 1999. I'm thinking that the production assistant Llinos Wyn Jones is a relative (father?) of the continuity supervisor. It's just a weird, weird gap that seems to correspond to a father's retirement and a son's first steps in the industry.
