Francine was a Whifferdill who was married to Frobisher for some time, she was his first wife. Francine left Frobisher because she was a better detective than him. (DWM: The Shape Shifter, BFA: The Maltese Penguin) She told him that he wasn't the Ogron she'd fallen in love with. (BFA: The Holy Terror)
