Jonas Rust

Jonas Rust, secretly the Magician, was a detective in New Orleans.
Biography
He helped the Doctor in his attempt to retrieve his stolen amulet whilst investigating a murder. Rust decieved the Doctor, and planned to use his artron energy to astral project himself to Lyon to retrieve the amulet. Rust then summoned a demon to kill the Doctor, this failed and the demon ate Rust. (EDA: The City of the Dead)
