Nefred was one of the Deciders of Alzarius.
Biography
After the death of the head Decider Draith, Nefred took his place. He recognised Login as a more respected member of society. He was troubled by what he had read in the System Files. Nefred allowed Dexeter to carry out cruel experients on a Marshchild, believing it was for the greater good.. He was killed by the Marshmen when they attacked the Starliner. As he died he revealed to Login and Garif that they had never been to Terradon. (DW: Full Circle)
