Ooucat is an out-of-universe category.

Don't put it in a DWU category like [[:category:]]
(or any category that doesn't have the word stories in it)

Any category with the word "story" or "stories" in it should not be placed within an in-universe category dealing with the same subject. For instance:

• category:stories set in the 2000s should not be placed in category:2000s
• category:stories by decade should not be placed in category:decades
• category:stories set in Wales should not be placed in category:Wales

In other words, categories which have the word stories in their titles should only be placed in other categories which have the word stories in their titles.
