Timothy Lloyd was the son of Mr and Mrs Lloyd.
The owners of the house which Nancy broke into, bringing with her the stray former evacuees to eat the Lloyds' food.
Nancy was also spooked by the child wearing a gas mask who was wandering the streets, seeking his lost mummy. When Timothy returned to his house, wearing his gas mask, Nancy was understandably alarmed. (DW: The Empty Child / The Doctor Dances)
