Inhibitor

The Inhibitor was an experimental submission device powered by cerulium. It was developed by Inspector Drake as part of his plan to take full control over the people of London. During its test run it was used by a CCPC against K9 (who had interfered in Vibeka's arrest) in an attempt to take control of him. Instead it only damaged him and then exploded, destroying the CCPC who fired it. (K9TV: Sirens of Ceres)
