Dark Talk was the name of a late night "pirate radio show" that discussed extraterestrial affairs around Cardiff. it was hosted by Abigail Crowe. In reality, Abigail was actually an alien disguised as a human, and planned to use the radio station as a signal for an alien invasion. (VG: Torchwood Mission Game)
