Kel was a council binman who worked in Dame Kelly Holmes Close. He accidentally covered the Isolus pod so it couldn't get home. Rose dug up the pod and threw it in the Olympic flame to warm and charge up and the isolus left. Kel broke Chloe Webber's door down to save the world. (DW: Fear Her)
