Danny Bartock was the representative of the Ethics Committee on the Walker Expedition.

Biography

According to the Beast, he was a liar. He formed something of a flirtatious relationship with Rose Tyler, and it was his idea to create a psychic flare that would disable the Ood. He, Rose, Toby Zed, and Zachary Cross Flane escaped from Krop Tor on a shuttle-ship just as the planet was sucked towards K37 Gem 5, the black hole that Krop Tor was orbiting.
