Judy Cornwell (born 22nd February 1940) played Maddy in the Seventh Doctor story Paradise Towers.

Like Clive Swift, who appeared in Revelation of the Daleks, and Geoffrey Hughes, who appeared in The Ultimate Foe, she starred on the popular television series Keeping Up Appearances.
