Whitey was a pale-white skinned human. (REF: Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia) Whitey was a driver on the Motorway in 5,000,000,053 and was surprised when the Doctor leaped through his car and out again. He was later surprised when the Motorway opened. (DW: Gridlock)
