Doctor Sheperd was a Doctor for The American Military.

Doctor Shepherd was called by Ishem to investigate The Silent in The Dwarf Star Alloy, he was fascinated by it however he then forgot it and asked Ishem why he had been called there. (DW : Day of the Moon )
