The cracks, The past doctor seen in Flesh and Stone, Amy's house 'not making any sense', the idea that if you remember someone they're never truly erased, and the silence? Theres far more than 5 things that connect to the final really, it depends if we're talking 5 things that'll be referenced again, or 5 things that could tell you what might happen at the end of the series, or even 5 things that'll link to future series...
