Howling:What's going on with amy?

Okay, now we know that Amy is in fact just flesh, we have to ask why the real Amy has been imprisoned! Here are my theories:

1. This is pretty far-fetched, but I think the Adipose are going to come out of Amy. I mean, her pregnancy didn't exactly look natural...

2. Ruby White. This could work either way. Either Amy is Ruby White (a soul-stealing Qetesh) or she has been captured by her. I mean, I know Ruby is in a moving prison, but since she managed to construct an AI before to escape, what's to stop her doing that again!

3. The Silence. A silent imprisoned the real Amy, possibly in the White House bathroom. They impregnated her and used one of their (confused) victims to check up on her.
