Ben Daheer was a clothing merchant in Jaffa during the Crusades. An unscrupulous man, he bought stolen clothing from Thatcher. The Doctor took the stolen clothes for himself, and when Daheer later accused him of theft, the Doctor turned the accusations back on him, forcing him to implicate Thatcher. (DW: The Crusade)
