The Happiness Patrol was a police-like organization in Helen A's colony on Terra Alpha.

The Patrol was established by Helen A to make sure everyone was happy, anyone who wasn't was executed. The Kandyman was the leader of the Happiness Patrol. (DW: The Happiness Patrol)
