Dalek-Movellan War

The Dalek-Movellan War was a galactic war fought between the cyborg Daleks and the android Movellans. While both the Daleks and the Movellans were expanding their forces to control the galaxy, presumebly Mutter's Spiral, they met and fought to destroy each other.
Both forces directed their fleets according to their battle computers, however, each computer could predict the move of the other and counter it, resulting in a stalemate. Hundreds of Dalek and Movellan battlecruisers flew across space together for centuries, not a singal shot being fired.
Eventually, to get themselves out of their trap of logic, the Daleks travelled to Skaro to search the ruins of the Kaled Dome, hoping to recover their creator, Davros, so that he could reprogram their computers. At this time, the Doctor and Romana were on Skaro and ecountered the Movellans, who had also travelled to Skaro, but to destroy the planet using the nova device so that Davros would never help the Daleks.
Having eariler freed the Daleks' prisoners, the prisoners deactivated the Movellans, allowing the Doctor to escape. Finding Davros had sent Daleks strapped with bombs to destroy the Movellan ship, he entered Dalek Control and detonated them before they reached the ship. The prisoners later left Skaro aboard the ship, along with Davros who was placed in a cryogenic freezer.(DW:Destiny of the Daleks)
Though it is unknown if the fleets remained in their stalemate, the war proceeded as the Movellans developed a virus that could destroy Daleks.(DW:Resurrection of the Daleks)
