Station 7 was a secret Earth facility during the war with the Daleks. It was used to contain Dalek related artifacts and such recovered by Humanity during the war, where they would await research. It was guarded by agents of the Space Security Service. The sation was destroyed during a Dalek attack. (GN: The Only Good Dalek)
