The Emperor's Personal Guard is a Dalek organisation made up of Daleks dedicated to protecting the Dalek Emperor at any cost. (DW: The Evil of the Daleks, The Parting of the Ways)
The Emperor is always guarded by them. They are normal Daleks with black domes to designate them from the rest. (DW: The Evil of the Daleks)
During the Last Great Time War, the guards were still designated by a black dome and they had a claw-like manipulator arm instead of the standard "plunger" arm. They also possessed a more powerful gunstick. (DW: The Parting of the Ways)
The Emperor's Personal Guard made up the "High Council of Daleks", of which the Dalek Supreme was also a member. (REF: Doctor Who: Aliens and Enemies)
