Eradicator

The Eradicator was a weapon used on Inter Minor by the Inter Minorians. The weapon is crewed by the functionaries and is the main weapon of their species.

The weapon fires a red heat beam, but it only has an effect upon organic material. For example, when the Eradicator is fired upon showman Vorg's Miniscope, it has no effect upon it or its occupants. This Eradicator was made inoperable by Comissioner Kalik by removing a piece from it, in order to lay blame on President Zarb's policies. When Kalik freed the Drashigs, the area was defenceless, but Vorg found the missing piece and repaired the machine in order to kill the Drashigs. (DW: Carnival of Monsters)
