Mandrel (The Sun Makers)

Mandrel was the leader of a band of rebels on Pluto which opposed the Usurians' Company. His followers included Goudry and Veet. He was initially distrustful of the Fourth Doctor, Leela and Cordo when they arrived, seeking to join him. However, he eventually helped them overthrow the Company. (DW: The Sun Makers)
