Alexa Havins portrayed Esther Drummond in Torchwood: Miracle Day. Her casting saw the name of the character change from Esther Katusi. Outside Torchwood, her best-known work has been playing Arabella "Babe" Carey (later Chandler) in both One Life to Life and All My Children - an unusual case of a character crossing over between two US soap operas.
