Theory:Torchwood television discontinuity and plot holes/Escape to LA
* Jack sees Gwen tied up but in no immediate danger. And obviously there as bait in a trap. So why does he instantly go to rescue her, leaving his back exposed? He was an experienced Time Agent even before he became immortal, he should not make such an error.
* Jack claims to have lived thousands of years and not to remember all of the people he did deals with. Is this right? Apart from the time he spent buried underground, he seems to have begun as an imortal in the late 19th century. As a Time Agent he presumably would have aged normally.

- After Rex shot the man, Gwen and Jack seemed annoyed that the man did not get a chance to tell them who he was working for, specifically mentioning him being shot in the throat. Surely the man could write about who he worked for?
- Well, they would have to drag him around, wait for him to recover, and then try to get him to write it down... but yeah, I can't imagine what's stopping them from doing all of that.
