The 7th century was not of specific interest to the Doctor, his companions or even his enemies. Nevertheless, in a timeline which may have been invalidated by Big Bang Two, the Pandorica continued to house an ailing Amy Pond, and to be guarded by an Auton duplicate of her fiancé.
