Pallemar was the second-in-command of the Ten-Strong, a group of Schirr terrorists campaigning against Earth's empire in the future. However, when deCaster attempted a plan to enhance his cult's power, Pallemar became scared of deCaster's ambition, contacting Earth command to warn them about his leader's plans before he was killed (PDA: Ten Little Aliens)
